Tickets

Now THAT THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT, How can I get tickets to the event?
All available tickets to the event have been sold. Unfortunately, we will not be offering any tickets at the conference.

Are the tickets good for both days of the conference?
Yes one ticket gets you access to both days of the conference. When you check in at the conference, you will get a wristband that will serve as your pass for the entire event.

I can't make it to both days of the event, Is it possible to get a ticket for just one day?
For the sake of simplicity we are only offering one kind of pass for the conference that allows access to both days of the event.

Why Haven't I Gotten My Tickets in the Mail Yet?
To make it as inexpensive as possible for folks to attend the conference, we are saving you money by not sending out any printed tickets through the mail, instead you will receive an E-Ticket. After you purchase your tickets online, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail with links to print your tickets yourself. You will need to print your E-Ticket and bring it to the conference to check-in. If you call in your ticket order and don't have an email address, we will mail you a print out of your E-Ticket at no extra charge (for phone orders made up to June 15th, 2006).

Why Does my ticket / credit card statement have "Magnolia Management" on it?
For tax and security purposes, Alex Jones & Alex Jones Productions does business under the name "Magnolia Management" for credit card transactions.

Are Children Allowed at the Conference?
Yes well-behaved children are allowed to attend with their parents. Please be mindful of others during presentations and remove your children if they are being disruptive.

Do I have to buy a seperate ticket for my child?
Children three and under are welcome to attend with their parents at no additional charge. Parents must purchase tickets for children aged 4 and up.

I Can't COme to the CONFERENCE After all, How Do I Get A Refund?
All ticket sales for the event are final. No refunds will be granted.

Travel & Accomodations

Do I have to stay at the hotel where the conference is being held?
You do not have to stay at the Sheraton LA Downtown where the conference is being held, although the hotel is offering discounts (subject to availability) to conference participants (Click here or call 1-888-627-8064 & ask for the "social / weekend rate"). Conference Details

Why hold the conference in Los Angeles?
By having the event in the very center of America's primary media production area we hope to bring a great deal of publicity to the 9/11 Truth Movement and to show everyone in the country who has questions about 9/11 that they are not alone.

Who will be at the conference?
A list of conference presenters is available here - it will be updated frequently as more distinguished guests get added to the line-up.

Will I get to meet the presenters?
Maybe. Individual presenters may choose to meet with conference participants if they choose, but there will be no organized "meet & greet" during the conference. There will however be opportunities to speak with presenters during Q&A sessions held after many of the presentations.

Press Information

I'm from the media, who do I contact about access to the event?
There will be a press conference held before the conference begins. All members of the press are invited to attend. There will be a Media Check-In Table at the event for all members of the press to obtain temporary authorization to photgraph and videotape.

Will photographers and video cameras be allowed at the event?
Only news media organizations approved prior to the event will be given authorization to make video/audio recordings or photograph at the conference.

At this time we are no longer accepting formal media requests for authorization to cover the entire event. If you represent a media outlet and are interested in covering the event, please email us.

Commercial Sponsership & Vender Booths

I Have a business. Will there be space available for Vendor Booths at the event?
We will have a conference merchandise table at the event to sell conference gear and selected DVDs and other products. We will be not able to make space available for vendor booths. If you wish to have your business involved with the conference, for a small fee we can include promotional items for your company (including samples and printed material) in our conference attendee packets. This is a great opportunity to spread your message to a captive audience of 1000+ attendees and presenters.
